Lab Technician
CurrentAs a Laboratory Technician in a chip manufacturing company, I perform measurements at both the chip and wafer levels. I have extensive knowledge and experience in using various instruments, including oscilloscopes, Source Measurement Units (SMUs), and multimeters. I also control both automatic and manual probers. Additionally, I am involved in junior-level hardware and jig construction to create complex measurement setups. I have advanced coding skills in C, Python, and MATLAB.I conduct data analysis and prepare detailed reports on findings. Regular calibration and maintenance of lab equipment are part of my responsibilities. I perform quality control checks on chips and wafers to ensure they meet industry standards and troubleshoot issues with test setups and equipment. I identify and implement improvements to testing processes, working closely with engineers and other technicians.Furthermore, I maintain detailed records of tests and procedures, ensuring all laboratory activities comply with safety regulations. I train new technicians and interns on equipment usage and laboratory procedures and assist in testing new prototypes, providing feedback for development.
