• I was hired to set up the Retail Team in Finland and build Xiaomi’s retail success and status in the Finnish market, by co-operating with Finland's biggest telecom operators and retail partners.• I was in charge of all retail activities and developing new methods to secure and increase sales of Xiaomi devices in Finland.• Xiaomi's product portfolio in Finland included close to 100 consumer products and launching cycle was hectic, but I am used to the fast paced multi-cultural working environment.• I worked in close co-operation with Sales and Marketing Teams.• Budgeting and project management were my responsibilities for all Retail Team actions.• Planning, negotiating and executing retail in-store construction actions, for example sales positions and display zones.• Securing in-store visibility by planning & ordering POS materials.• I was responsible person of training and all retail recruitments.
