As a Senior Consultant at research consultancy Shared Planet, I lead the Just Transition practice area. There, my work is focused on providing research and advocacy support to organisations advancing gender, climate, and economic justice, especially in the Global South. My imagination has always been captured by the solidarity, ingenuity, and boldness of thought from those who dare to challenge structural economic injustice. To that end, my work is about understanding and championing genuine alternatives to our exploitative, extractivist, and growth-oriented economic system – towards a new system that prioritises human and ecological well-being.I have led on and published research for organisations including Oxfam, the Women’s Environment and Development Organization (WEDO), the Feminist Action Nexus for Economic & Climate Justice, Hivos/Voices for Just Climate Action, and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF).
