Updating the process workflow tool with new updates.•​To send regulatory notices and communications to the customer as per the metrics.•​To track on the repayments effectively from bank perspective as well as the customer.•​To support controls team in auditing, process walk-through and queries.•​Handling work allocation and the SLA & manager data trackers.•​Process KT across the dept. as well as the new joiners, covering quality checks.
