Founded in 2008 doTERRA was built on a mission of sharing therapeutic grade essential oils with the world. doTERRA a Latin derivative meaning "Gift of the Earth." All oils are CPTG Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade. Over 2 million Wellness Advocates, now use and sell doTERRA products around the world. In April 2008 doTERRA introduced 25 single essential oils and 10 blends for sale. Since then doTERRA product offering has added more single oils and oil blends as well as nutritional spa, and healthy living products. I personally became a Wellness Advocate due to coping with anxiety and stress. I didn't want to use synthetic drugs to cope, I wanted to go the natural route. doTERRA entered my life in May 2017. Since then I've never used a synthetic drug to combat any anxiety, aches and pains and stress. These oils made me realize natural is better. My go to oils our Lavender, Peppermint, Past Tense, Digestzen, and Balance. I truly believe that these oils saved me.

Responsible for organizing and supervising all of the administrative staff to ensure an efficient running office. Financial/Operations - Order entry/billing - sending bills every month; scanning POD and BOL in system for future reference and matching to invoice; driving settlements to verify loads and amounts; manage collection process through calls, letters, etc; handle customer inquires for POD; establish and monitor procedures for freight bill record keeping and filing; various clerical duties. Human Resources - Recruiting, application and termination process; reference checking/background and hiring recommendation; organize orientation of all new hires and training of new staff members; establish/maintain/monitor procedures for personal record keeping; coordinate/develop safety newsletter and quiz; management of driver qualification files per company policy and regulation; ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of all personnel and driver records. Management - conduct training in a specific software program for new hires; coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency; make sure work is complete; paperwork submitted - accordingly; communication flow; oversee adherence to office policies & procedures ; implement procedure and policy changes to improve operation efficiency; works as a team member to maintain and keep current central files and data base. Training in CDTA, Sick Pay, Health Insurance, Child Support Claims.
