Technical Escalations Analyst
Current• Collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering teams to drive efficient problem resolution.• Conducting thorough issues/requests analysis and investigation to identify and resolve customer problems quickly and efficiently.• Ticket analysis and setting priorities for the sprint.• Utilize SQL for data extraction and analysis, uncovering root causes of customer concerns.• Work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance customer experience.• Identify patterns in customer feedback to develop proactive support strategies.• Create and present data quality reports to technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Crate detailed system requirements.• Generate insights through system usage reports to inform decision-making.• Communicate and consult partners.
