The Indonesian Medical Students' Board Association (Ikatan Senat Mahasiswa Kedokteran Indonesia, or ISMKI) Region 4 serves as a platform for collaboration, leadership, and professional development among medical students. As the Vice Regional Coordinator for Internal Affairs, the role involves fostering strong internal communication and cooperation between the various member institutions within the region. Responsibilities include ensuring effective coordination of internal projects, enhancing organizational cohesion, and supporting the Regional Coordinator in managing the association’s internal operations. On the other hand, the Vice Regional Coordinator for Internal Affairs (VRCI) is also responsible for managing resources within the leadership and improving them. This includes overseeing the effective use of human resources, ensuring that team members are well-supported in their roles. The VRCI also focuses on enhancing these resources through training, skill development, and optimizing communication and operational systems. By doing so, the VRCI ensures that the organization continuously strengthens its internal capacity and is prepared to face future challenges. This position is key to maintaining smooth collaboration among medical student bodies, ensuring the successful implementation of programs and activities that promote academic and professional excellence.
