Consulting/Support :• Provide functional consulting to client incidents and fulfilled client expectation to maintain high levels of client satisfaction with company product. • Involved in ongoing application maintenance and application enhancements across Asia Pacific. • Provide technical solutions in troubleshooting matters related to software and hardware. • Supporting, monitoring & tuning database performance issues, implementing and maintaining backup and recovery procedure.Helpdesk :• Manage the performance of services to customers, ensure that service levels are achieved in line with customers expectations.• Planning, analysis and track of incident cases from various client countries to conclusion in line with quality standards.System Implementation :• Involved in system implementation from preparation stage to system go live. • Provide consultation on business process design, database administration functions to project implementation team.• Plan, schedule and coordinate activities related to system development.• Develop interfaces program to operational system and assist project team with User acceptance Test (UAT).Application Development : • Responsible for system study, analyzing, developing, implementing and maintenance of system applications.• Review, enhance and modify existing applications using RPG/400 (IBM iSeries) to meet end-users requirements.• Responsible for documentation of system flow and user manual.• Provide training to end-users on software applications.
