I have consciously been working towards educating people about reducing food waste and getting the most out of produce through workshops and working with food establishments to create recipes/menus to reduce the amount of food waste generated. I have been conducting cooking and mixology workshops for over a decade, of which the past 4 years have been dedicated to a sustainable and low waste approach in her workshops and recipe development.
