As HR Specialist I was responsible for day-to-day administration of policies and programs typically covering most of following: recruiting, on-boarding, compliance, compensation, employee relations and training.

As a Labor Legal Studies Specialist I was responsible for the areas such as contract administration, policies and procedures, employee training, reporting, data management, labor legal compliance, ensure all the required paperwork for resignations and terminations are completed including, paperwork for foreign workers, releases, severance payments. I was involved in different HR and Company related high level projects.

As the Recruitment Agent I was responsible for the full recruitment process including drafting job descriptions, posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, interviewing and negotiating offers, preparing employment agreements and coordinating the on-boarding process. Our goal was to offer quality candidates in telecommunication area that were tailored to the requirements of the hiring managers.
