Experience comes from over 23 years of experience in various areas including Supply, Trading and Risk Management; Refining as well as EPC and half a decade working as Global Applications Leader in a FTSE 250 organisation.I have consulted various leading Oil & Gas companies helping them implement Enterprise applications and also bring in process improvements. I get most excited designing optimization solutions, especially in the Supply Chain space. I have been working on using data to improve business performance long before Data Science became a buzz word.I enjoy building high performance teams by providing team members the sense of security and providing them with the necessary support to develop themselves. I have always allowed team members to take credit of successes but have stepped forward to defend them in case of failures.
