Developing and implementing a robust annual Partnerships Plan in collaboration, including goals, timetables and strategies for identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of current and prospective partners. Identifying, secure and foster new partnership opportunities in collaboration with team members. Document proposals and contracts, and monitor all partnerships to ensure positive and purposeful activities and stewardship including evaluation and impact assessment of all partnerships. Working with the Marketing and Communications team to profile partnerships where appropriate.
