As the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief of Staff, reporting to the CEO of Ultra Clean Technology (UCTT), a leading provider of critical subsystems and services for the semiconductor industry, I drive company's organic and inorganic strategic planning, esg roadmap, and key corporate programs e.g. process digitization and overall operationalization/measurement of execution initiatives. With my depth and breadth of experience in technology product development, international sales, corporate finance, strategy and m&a, I bring a unique combination of deep technical, business, and leadership skills to accelerate company's innovation and operations.In my career spanning across Oracle, IBM, Juniper, and UCT, I have led portfolio strategy and investment roadmap presentations for board of directors, transformational M&A deals (e.g. Red Hat), international business, and enterprise product development. My technology experience spans full-stack enterprise spectrum, from semiconductors to cloud computing platforms (servers, networking, security) to AI and data applications. I have a proven track record of delivering value balancing scale, structure and efficiency needs across large cap to small cap public companies, customers, investors, and our employees, as evidenced by multiple awards and recognitions. I am passionate about fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, learning, and excellence, while mentoring next generation of leaders. With the support of my IIT network, I also actively engage with the VC and entrepreneurial ecosystem, advising early-stage startups on a range of fund-raising topics such as the importance of focus, storytelling, problem-solution fit before product-market fit, build vs. partner for GTM, and efficient capital allocation for scaling.
