Working as Product Head Institutional Business. Primarily responsible for designing digital payments solution for institutional customers, looking after strategic tie-ups, product innovation and taking care of various platform development alongwith strategic partners to promote open banking.

 In the last assignment with Axis Bank was a part of Strategic Initiative Group for Large Corporate Asset Team, taking care of implementation of CRM, news feed curation through Heckyl, conducting various bespoke studies in customer engagement for the top management, providing various business analytics and performance indicators for the top mangement including Group Executive and above. Facilitating performance review of the various groups of RM and above in the Large Corporate Asset Team. Analyzing the behaviour pattern and carrying out a Portfolio Analysis for the large corporate asset portfolio. Actively involved in the budgeting exercise for setting targets on key parameters. Handled Business Risk management at overseas locations. The job essentially includes identifying different business risks and designing control parameters for the same and testing the control effectiveness. As Assistant Vice President, Axis Bank, taking care of EBT & Financial Inclusion Business through Business Correspondent in Geographies across India through the Regional Teams. The job essentially includes designing different products/ payment channels and suitable process to deliver the same through different digital initiatives at the ground level. Worked as Senior Manager and head of EBT & FI implementation across Eastern India. Successfully implemented Banking services through telecom partnerships.  Worked as Manager & RM Channel Co-ordinator for West Bengal Region, with Axis Bank, involved in devising effective strategies for augmenting business, identifying and penetrating new market segments, promoting products. Conceptualised, designed and successfully rolled out different internal campaigns for different target groups ranging from Sales Executives to Branch Heads in order to meet budgetary goals. Also handled internal communication for different campaigns  An enterprising leader with strong analytical, problem solving & organisational abilities.
