I'm presently responsible for team building, policy making, delivery, recruiting and customer escalations. In my current role at Utah Tech Labs, I'm building and leading technology teams and have successfully delivered more than 18 projects in the last 4 years. I'm presently leading multiple projects for primarily US-based customers and participate in sales as a techno-functional architect.I'm experienced in team building, product management, project management, customer relationship, account management, and recruitment. I'm an entrepreneurial leader with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a self-motivated approach. My professional certifications include Professional Scrum Master and Professional Scrum Product Owner.Prior to my current role, I was a Senior Software Engineer at Ixia Technologies, where I was solely responsible for the IuB interface with revenue of $2.5 million per year. I also worked on enhancing and maintaining the DCT product and virtualization of Ixia products. I have also worked as a software developer and lead in the Automotive domain with a world-renowned car manufacturer at Wipro Ltd and developed a wireless protocol stack from scratch at Tata ELXSI Ltd.I am passionate about IoT, Cloud, AI/ML, leadership, and personal development, and I am a member of the Toast Master Club.
