Enhancing mobile and web engagement capabilities for IMIconnect, an Enterprise Cloud Communication Platform. Some key highlights in my tenure so far have been introducing hybrid SDKs for push notifications and in-app messages, and adding NLP functionalities to the visual work-flow builder offered by the platform.

As a product management intern, my job was to do comparative analysis of products similar to ours in market, ideate new features in existing products to improve UX of the product, and develop proof of concepts for new ideas to check technical feasibility of the same.
