Project) for planning of the proposed sub-station works.2. Build up the lay-out drawing , Structural drawings , foundation drawings and getting approval from BIDYUTBHAVAN.3.  Making the revised B.O.Q and submit those to R.M office for approval.4.  Give instruction to the purchase department to arrange the Structural materials , Equipments ,Cables as per revised B.O.Q.5. Joint inspection with Divisional manager and WBSEDCL’s representatives at site for measurement of Soil resistivity for making Earth-Mat Design.6.  Calculation of  Earth-Mat Design and Submit it to  Planning Dept. of C.E(Dist. Project) for approval.7. Finalization of  the rate of erection-work with contractors and explain briefly for smoothly work-execution.8.  Proceed to the existing 33/11 KV Substation for pig-point marking of the proposed foundation works. And find out the Ground level of that site.9. Attain weekly meeting with Higher Authorities of my company to bring notice of the work progress  and  attain the meetings with A.E , D.M, R.M and C.E .10. Visit all sites very frequently for speedy the erection work and constantly contact with site-engineers to solve their problems.11. Technical estimation of new tender.
