Having led a design and development team in the past, I have the additional advantage to differentiate between a good UI/UX design from an ordinary one. I am a firm believer in the philosophy that finally if a solution does'nt look good it cannot be right.Most of the hard work and effort that goes into planning has no value unless it is backed up by a viable execution plan.
