1. Responsible for Projects Managing, Documentation & Execution of Security Projects in East India.2. Design & Estimation of a projects / retrofit along with preparing Cost Sheet & EBOQ.3. Regular interaction with the Internal Department to getting various approvals & sanctions related to the Projects. Provide technical information to the sales team as necessary and help in BOQ creation. Attend Technical Discussion & Product brief.4. Supervising the Billing & Inventory Management with Logistic team.

• Responsible for Managing, Documentation & Execution of Security up gradation Projects & AMC service (Presently 40nos customer based) in East India.• Tracking daily complaints, ensuring proper manpower and route planning to ensure lesser response time and faster speed of service.• Overlooking of Installation & Commissioning, making of the execution plan and actually executing the CCTV, Access Control, Time Attendance & Fire Alarm up gradation / Projects for clients at different locations (Eastern region).• Generating revenue by means of renewal of AMC service & upgradation the system year by year. New AMC/Retrofit Order through network marketing. Preparation of techno commercial offers/tenders, Negotiation with customers. After completion of job doing Payment follow-ups.• Regular interaction with the Internal Department to getting various approvals & sanctions related to the Comprehensive AMC & Projects. Provide technical information to the sales person as necessary and help in BOQ creation. Attend Technical Discussion & Product brief.• Analyzing the nature of faults and take follow up actions to provide quality feedback of the product from the field. Managing & Troubleshooting of Security Systems. • Vender Development Negotiating with them.• Supervising the Inventory Management with Logistic team.
