I have over two decades of experience in digital transformation, international operations, cloud and connectivity, IT delivery and management. As a seasoned technology advisory professional, I have driven strategy and execution of global enterprise IT systems and infrastructure in addition to spearheading end-user productivity initiatives. In my previous role I have also been responsible for restructuring India offshore IT operations. Having led some of the largest and complex Technology transformations in the world, I have gotten a deep understanding of the pitfalls and success criteria of large digital Technology changes. This included:A complete redesign of our Employee Workspace that included one of the largest deployments of Office 365 products in a record time. An API factory to enable the integration of HR & Employee systems. An Identity & Access Management platform that enabled our Single -Sign on initiative. Our employees on an average used over 35 passwords for their day to day operations and we reduced the number to less than 5. A new Cyber Security strategy to reduce the number of Cyber incidents and improve our external benchmark score. We were last in our industry and we claimed the number 2 spot in three years. A deployment of Microsoft Azure to enable monetization of customer energy data and Amazon Web Services for all internal cloud workload requirements. Redesigned our Service Desk strategy to reduce the number of human touchpoints through self healing and self help. Reduced the number of incidents by over 25% globally and increased CSAT scores by 10%. Managed a budget of 120 Million Euro with over 1200 employees globally. -

This was one of the largest outsourcing deals in Europe to the tune of 350 Million Euro. Developed a roadmap to reduce the number of ERP platforms from over 160 ERPs to less than 40 through decommissioning and federation. Implemented a Global Shared Services organization in Bangalore & Mexico to scale inhouse capabilities and skills. Led the implementation of SalesForce.com as the Sales tool of choice reducing the number of opportunity and order management systems. Consolidated our large datacenters from 14 to 3 and increased uptime by 2%. Developed a simplified and a collaborative support structure to deal with major incidents in an agile manner. This structure included in house personnel and outsourced partners. Led the integration of large acquisitions and divestitures for the Enterprise IT organization. During this period Schneider acquired 15 companies of various sizes. -

Offshore center was setup in Bangalore, India & Monterrey, Mexico and provided annualized savings of over EUR 3 Million. 99% success rate achieved for on-time project delivery and increased productivity from 70% to 85% for all employees. Established a strong charge back model and through currency hedging was able to generate ‘profits’ required for investment into the center. Established philosophy of open and metrics driven culture within the organization resulting in a 15% reduction in Turn around time, increase in CSAT scores from 6 to 9 on a 10 point scale. -
