Working in Banking Payment domain with CBS Payment modules - NEFT/RTGS and ECS/ACH and ATM Card modules. Setting up and managing Payment Channels like RTGS & NEFT, IMPS and newer channels like Aadhaar Based Payment.  Managing ECS / ACH transaction and Mandate Management and coordinating with NPCI in getting certification and implementing the same over client. Development of new solution related to Bulk Internal Fund Transfer and TTUM flat file for Branch Banking in Teller Module. Handling all Change Request related to Banking Payment, including customization and regulatory changes as per RBI. Interaction with various stake holders for requirement gathering including Bank, Regulatory Body, End Users and Development team.  Configuration and enabling of the solutions offered by FIS. Functional Specification generation for the change requests raised by bank. Test Case generation and Sanity testing of the development for the change requests raised by bank. Conducting UAT testing and final submission to Bank for sign off. Resolution of Service requests and bug request and closing the same.

 Driving Credit Card sales via SBI Branch Channel. Introduced a new location for Rest of West Bengal , whereby SBICards were made available for the locations other than Kolkata. The location included locations like Asansol , Durgapur, Siliguri and Gangtok. Marketing for SBI Cards, which includes , creating right kind of relationship with the Branch Managers and Regional Managers of SBICards. Market mapping of the location so as to understand the Market potential, which included sales and information gathering via various contacts. Driving Productivity and reducing running cost of Location. Handling queries regarding Product , and Customer handling, which included Customer relationship, and Customer Retention. MIS Report generation and updating channel partners about market and sales updates, and channel performance. Training and updating the Channel partners with latest product benefits and freebies that is introduced for the latest. Recruitment and training of employees who are front line Executive. Responsible for increasing approval rates through right Market penetration, which includes better Marketing strategy. Actively handling large team and working on their performance enhancement. Understanding basic labor regulations, administrative responsibilities in managing agencies.

Worked with Coal India Limited as a Finance Intern in Working Capital Management project. This project was mainly aimed at determining the Financial condition of the Company and the reason for increasing Revenue, but decreasing Profits. In-depth Financial analysis from previous year Balance sheet was done explaining the Growth of the Company and its revival of a business which was considered Dead. Financial Analysis of Company historical data. Analysis of Company performance based on various Financial Ratios , Current Assets and Current Liabilities. Case studies, detailing the Company financial performance, and revival of dead business.Future prediction and guidance as to what needs to be done for the betterment of the business. Current problems and what needs to be rectified.

 Worked in Education and Research (E&R) Team. Management of new entrants, including full support to their training facilities, performance appraisals, time management of the batch activities.  Managing Internal Project and creating Project Documentation. Provided technical training, for internal employees. Provided periodic updated features of Dot Net technology to developers in the form of KT and demo applications. Provided Technical training on Database Management of SQL Server, Oracle 9i.  Evaluation of performance of the employees based on the testing system. Generation of proof of concepts and best practises used throughout the organisation in Dot Net technology. It contained latest upgrades provided by the software and how they can be implemented easily while developing software. Generating technical questionnaire for evaluation of trainees and internal certification.
