Local Expert Consultant on the development of activities of the Career Guidance Center within the Public University “Haxhi Zeka” in Peja. • Oversee the current Career Guidance processes and make a list of potential interventions in the operational scheme• Carry out the recommendations by implementing short term solutions with sustainable outcomes.• Lead, define tasks and delegate the Career Guidance team in organizing the Career Fair (to be held on 17th of December 2015 in Peja as the first Career Fair in this region).• Deliver written tutorial and an instructions manual document on the internal organization of the Career Guidance Center and on the tasks and processes of organizing successfully the future Career Fairs.

Developer of the tailor made training module called “Connecting Career Guidance Center to the Private Sector in Kosovo” with 11 topics and 1 field study. This module delivers knowledge on the process of a Career Guidance Center reaching out to the private sector, building relationship and maintaining a healthy cooperation with the business entities to ensure the end goal of placing it’s students into internship positions. The training has been provided to the VET Career Guidance Centers of Prishtina and Vushtrri. The 12 Career Guidance officers were trained for 6 days intensive into ToT (Training of Trainers) on this module which tried to develop the skills of those officers to cooperate with private businesses in Kosovo in ensuring successful placement of their students into internship position.

• Deliver soft skills training to 50 FIT candidates with focus on preparations to obtain an internship or employment opportunity in the market of Kosovo.• Deliver the profiles and CV’s of the FIT candidates and assist the Project Managers to place the candidates into internship positions in local IT companies.
