I provide organisations training, strategy and support around employee wellbeing. I have a special interest in high stress occupations and supporting employees to thrive under pressure. I am working with Surf Life Saving New Zealand to provide lifeguards with world class critical incident support and to develop and implement a wider organizational well-being strategy. In a part time capacity, I lecture ‘Applied Mental Health and Welbeing’ for the Paramedicine dept at AUT University. My teaching and research area is the psychological support and wellbeing of emergency workers.In the area of emergency worker wellbeing I have presented at a number of national and international conferences.
