I have over 17 years of experience in the coffee industry, working as a franchisee at Gloria Jean's Coffees and a business owner at The Coffee Guy Australia.I have developed and honed skills in business planning and development, customer service and satisfaction, social media and marketing, strategic partnerships and networking, and bookkeeping and accounting. I am excited to leverage these skills and my coffee industry expertise to grow and sustain my own coffee brand, which I launched in March 2023 after extensive research and preparation.
