Worked as a project manager for challenging task of managing business analysts and developers to rewrite and revise existing custom application written in VB 6.0 to VB.Net. We did requirement confirmation, development, UAT, SIT, and support for live environment on the client site. At this time, I did multiple role as Project Manager and as Solution Architect.• Maintaining budget adherence by implementing efficient project management and resource management strategies while resource is in scarcity for project amounted IDR 400+ million with 6 consultants for 2 big application development.

The system is integrated with SAP ERP. - E-budgeting system could handle : Budget planning from the section, department, division, and company wide. The result then uploaded to SAP BPC for further planning. We developed the system using Acumatica platform.

Worked as business analyst in building business process driven application for big oil & gas company. We implemented our solution as a replacement of K2 application to handle many processes like :- Financial processes (employee settlement, approval from superordinate, financial postings, etc)- HR driven process (leave management, approval from superordinate, salary slip, etc)- Maintenance process driven (notification management, order management, etc)- Material management process driven (purchase requisition, purchase order) with integration to SAP ERP system, and host-to-host connection to bank.
