Recent Project and/or Accenture Services Delivery Engagements:International TV and Broadband company (2017 – 2019)Managing the delivery of the back office platform for the Digital Video solution in several countries. The project migrated local legacy systems to a centralized, cloud-based platform. Agile distributed Delivery and leveraging on automation principles were key success factors. International Chemicals company (2016 - 2017)Responsible for the Pilot Implementation of Asset Performance Management (APM) solution. The new Reliability Solution was implemented in a pilot site. The scope of the project was the legacy software decommissioning and migration to the new platform. International Courier Services company (2015 – 2016)Responsible for the design, build and deployment of an Imaging and Data Capture solution across multiple regions in Asia and Europe. The delivery team was comprised of both Accenture and customer resources. International Capital Market Services Company (2014 – 2015)Responsible for planning and deployment of the new DMS for a fund, capital market and private wealth services Company. Scope was the software deployment and the subsequent migration of archives for the China Branch.International Mining, Metals and Petroleum company (2010 – 2014)Contract Delivery Lead for the applications landscape of the client in EMEA. Managed the offshore team for delivery of services to all company sites across Europe and Africa.Health and Public Service, Insurance companies (2009 – 2016)Solution Architect. Co-responsible for several proposals for international clients. Focus on shaping the proposal in terms of estimates, teams and delivery schedule.Accenture Technology (2008 – 2017)Capability Lead. Responsible for the ECM Center of Excellence and subsequently for the Content and Data Science capabilities. The teams grew from 10 to 90 people, operating within the Accenture Technology in the Netherlands.
