● Responsible for the administrative operations in the warehouse, processing, packaging and maintenance.● Responsible for reviewing all batch processing record and batch packaging record.● Ensures that the production is executed in accordince with the batch processing procedures and batch packaging procedures.● Discusses production failures with quality control oficcer and determines causes of the failures and solution.● Responsible for ensuring that all equipments are correctly utilized and validated.● Implements and ensures the strict adherence to GMP rules.● Ensures the cleanlines in the production areas.● Responsible for the maintaining high level of employee morale, development and training, and conducting annual appraisal on all subordinates.● Performs and accomplishes documentation requirements of the company.
