After many years and businesses helping to develop a sustainable and efficient legal cannabis industry, I was able to join an amazing group of partners to construct the most energy-efficient off-grid commercial cultivation facility in the world. Fifteen years ago when iGROW Lighting was developed and we began working with agricultural research facilities have verification and validation before entering the marketplace. I started to learn how our light affected the heating, cooling, power demands, power specifications, and moisture, and never stopped trying to figure out the answers to the questions the very smart farmers were going to ask us when we took our light to the marketplace. Because of this approach we were able to meet, work with and build lifelong business and personal relationships with that, all leading to the development and construction of a facility beyond what anyone has imagined being possible in 2022. Using the power of the sun to power and harvest its energy to predict and synchronize stable line voltage to our equipment has never been done before. A weather station gives data to our system which has the ability to automatically switch to the most energy-efficient source of power. Over twenty years in sustainablity, energy conservation, agriculture, medicine, and a sincere care for the well-being of our world and the outcome is better than I could have imagined. Other cannabis companies are cutting back staff, switching to cheaper nutrients, and automatic trimming and sorting because the prices are low and costs are up. We figured out how to cultivate high-end premium cannabis powered by the sun 94% of the time and reclaim all of our water. Renewable energy is the new hot topic, and as our industries search for products and solutions to impact our environment and reliance on natural resources, there are significant issues that need to be dealt with when using different types of power generation. Renewable energy power sources such as solar, wind, batteries, generators, and others need time to synchronize their voltages before delivery to a central power system. OG AGtechnologies has developed Programmable Load Management Logic (AI) specific to agriculture, where we can take information from a weather station, predict what equipment will turn on and when, and then synchronize multiple power sources simultaneously to deliver into the main power line. As my experience and expertise in the cannabis industry have evolved over the past ten years, I have always been interested in how to impact the sector further than just the lighting, development, and construction business. During my travels and interactions with top cannabis cultivation experts around the globe, it became evident that more information and data needed to be gathered in able to catapult the cannabis industry toward overall reform. I obtained my certificate from The University of Vermont's Larner Medical School in The Science and Medicine of Cannabis in December of 2018 and began working with one of the top physician networks in Cleveland Ohio to assist their patients in understanding medicinal cannabis as well as creating treatment plans to get them off of the opioids that their past physicians were prescribing to them. We have been able to gain a substantial amount of data that shows that medical cannabis can be an effective treatment to be used instead of opioids as well as assist those who are currently using them to switch to a much safer and healthier platform for overall relief of their symptoms. Being in the health care industry is much different from the development, construction, and lighting industry which I have such a long history and experience but when you interact with someone who is in pain, not only from their condition or injury but from the medicines their physicians have been prescribing and then you can explain cannabis and how it works and how to intake and they come back and say how I helped them, their family and loved ones, it is something extraordinary that I will continue to be passionate about and help doctors obtain real data, help them write journals that can be peer-reviewed and then somehow have a consensus about the data which will enable the federal government to change their stance of medical cannabis scheduling.

We are using my experience in traditional land development and construction to influence the cannabis industries lack of expertise in design and planning needed for licensing. We can do draft site plans, land use detail mapping, building design, electrical design, HVAC design as well as full cultivation designs. As the legal cannabis industry has evolved, so has the code enforcement and technologies. Working with great partners we filed the patents for the first agricultural crop specific phosphor blends of induction lighting. Developed an American manufacturing plan to bring the most effective energy efficient grow light to industry.With direct contact and relationships with the USDA and major agricultural university experts I was fortunate to work with renowned experts such at Dr. David Fleisher and Dr. Johnathan Frantz at the USDA and Dr. Peter Ling, Dr. Robert Hanson at The Ohio State University Agricultural Research and Development Center, Dr. Gerry Deitzer of University of Maryland Landscape Institute and hundreds of commercial and hobby growers around the country. Using my training by lighting experts in specialty lighting and commercial lighting systems when I was working with Full Spectrum Solutions Inc. which I trained under Dr. Michael Sminovitch the head of the California Lighting Technology Center and Michael Nevins, the owner of Full Spectrum Solutions Inc. I was able to merge both my knowledge of light and plants to help develop the only induction agricultural light designed and engineered specifically for plant production.

After graduation I started working in the land development and construction industries in Toledo Ohio. I started a multi-family development that changed how people viewed high end rentals and community living. The lessons learned in development and construction have helped forge my knowledge base and enable me to be the best design builder for agriculture the industry has come across.

Worked to educate and give knowledge of commercial induction lighting systems. Closed the largest state funded lighting retro-fit at Cobo Expo Hall in Detroit Michigan by replacing 4000 HID lights with Everlast Induction Lighting. Debated, verified and spread the word about American Manufactured Technologies how they can not only impact energy savings but impact job growth and sustainability.

At a building convention in Orlando Florida in the last 1990's I met someone who works in the energy conservation industry and inspired me to become very early in the stages of the current Green Movement.I was currently a land developer and builder in Toledo, Ohio and was doing pretty well. But with what i learned about constructing efficiently and lower the cost of operation in a home made me change what i was doing. What i soon realized was that if it was so easy to build a home that spent a little money, that was financed over 30 years to increase your montly home cashflow, why would everyone not be doing it.I started to take it upon myself to start being involved and did that by working with major industry leaders like Owens Corning, BPI, RESNET and the USGBC. Soon people started asking me to speak and that exposure lead me to Full Spectrum Solutions and finding my true passion which is environmental and agricultural American technology changing an industry through education and making people powerful by knowledge.
