Arisekola is an experienced data and operations management executive driving sustainable transformation in the textile and fashion industry.He is a lifelong learner who began his professional career in Marketing and quickly pivoted into Operations Management where he spent about 7 years improving operational efficiency through effective communication, strong leadership and team collaboration for several businesses in the Nigerian downstream Oil & Gas. In 2022, Arisekola made a mid-career switch into the textile industry and rapidly developed capacity to drive sustainable transformation in business operations.With his newly found career choice, Arisekola sponsored and managed sustainability-driven projects at Ultimate Trading Ventures with a focus on reducing energy consumption across 3 outlets and developing systems and processes to visualize, track, and report performance of sustainability initiatives.Now, Arisekola leverages his experience in data management and strategy as well as skills developed in scenario planning and life cycle assessment (LCA) analysis to accelerate responsible production and consumption in the textile and fashion industry.He holds a Bachelor's in Biochemistry from University of Ibadan, Nigeria; and Google Professional Certificates in Data Analysis and Project Management.
