Provide technical support to customers with a primary focus on security-related areas.Offer support for security products and solutions, including firewall, VPN, Web/Email security, DLP, Endpoint Security, backup/disaster recovery, and other related technologies.Conduct proof of concept (POC) activities, including gathering user requirements, implementing solutions, and presenting findings.Lead security-related deployment and implementation projects.Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to propose solutions for new customers or projects.Manage project and solution implementation, working with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely network deployment.Conduct system configuration, testing, end-to-end integration testing, and interoperability testing with operators and customers.Oversee planned maintenance activities and generate monthly reports for management and customers regarding system availability, service level agreements, uptime, and other relevant metrics.

Installation and mounting those activate equipment in Server rack. - Carry hardware such as server, router, firewall, switches, and all related to IT products to customers server / equipment ack if any job assign by the customers.
