• Work alongside the Product Lead to come up with product ideas based on customer research and user needs.• Create the technology vision and roadmap to bring an idea from concept to product to market.• Assess and select the technology which achieves the customer’s outcome and solves the business need.• Design and document the product solution construct to make integration, implementation, and delivery easier.• Conduct discovery, design and solutioning sessions with customers; conduct PoC and assessments.• Work with the lead 5G Solution & Delivery Architect & 5G Specialized Sales on customer pre-sale engagements.• Provide product technical training to pre-sales, implementation, and operational teams• Setup and maintain lab/demo environments; create demos for relevant use-cases in our 5G customer showcase – Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Hologram, Robotics, etc.• Drive product development to reach business outcomes and ambitious growth goals, including early sales success and successful initial customer implementations.

• Conduct Technology and Market Scan for emerging technologies.• Create technology study and adoption strategy considering global deployment references and evolving customer behavior. • Strategize and conduct E2E PoC testing • Interface with internal customers (business / product teams) to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Collaborate with both internal and external partners to come up with technical solutions to serve our customers • Represents Technology Strategy department in a cross-functional team for 5G acceleration program. Provide recommendations to business groups (i.e., Product Management, Product Delivery) and technical enabling groups (Network Planning, Engineering, Change Management and Operations)

• Core Network Planning – plan, design and create CS Core network requirements for Bell Telecommunication including, but not limited to, Technical Site Survey Report (TSSR), Floor Layout, Traffic Forecast, Network Architecture, Network Functionality and Services, etc.• Core Network Engineering – design and create documentations such as, but not limited to, High Level Design (HLD), Low Level Design (LLD), Data fill/Detailed Design (DD), System Acceptance Test Cases (SAT), User Acceptance Test Cases (UAT), Interoperability Test Cases (IOT), Site Implementation Plan and Guidelines, Site Installation Guidelines and Checklist, etc.• Create/Review Request for Proposal (RFP) to meet network requirement and acquire the best option for the network.• Plan/Supervise/Implement telecommunication activities such as installation, commissioning, network integration and other related activities handled by the vendors and subcontractors. Ensure the validity and correctness of the deliverables.• Performs site audit and inspection to ensure that network quality is in its finest at all times.

• Project Management - Plan technical network activities, allocate resources and implement project plan to improve customer’s network and oversee all Core Network activities. Ensure that network safety is carried out all the times. Plan all Rectification and pre-cautions to improved performance and avoid catastrophic events.• Technical Support Expert - Handling customer’s concerns related to Core Network issues – provide and allocate technical supports on site for all related issues (faulty elements, unsuccessful sms and calls, etc.) in Philippines under Globe Telecom Network and serves as the on-site point person (Level 2 technical support). provide remote support via email, call and SMS to customer who are experiencing technical issues 24/7. • Performance Management - Monitors weekly routine such as KPI (Key Performance Indicator) report to assure that the Network is in healthy condition and the services are working properly. Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports of signaling statistics, KPI analysis, network issues and maintenance activities to high level management • Skills Improvement Management - Organize monthly/quarterly training for technical engineers to sustain technical competency• Alarms and Event Handling - Provide technical solutions with the assistance of R&Ds for network problem• Technical Assistance Management – coordinate with international supports from Malaysia Technical Assistance Center concerning all network troubles and difficulties for Globe Telecom Network. Ensure that problems are solved with SLA.

• Technical Engineer - On-site and remote technical support – attend to technical issues on site for all related issues under the assistance of Technical team leader regarding CS Core Network for all CS Core sites in Philippines under Globe Telecom Network and serves as the on-site point person (Level 1 technical support). • Perform weekly routine such as KPI (Key Performance Indicator) report to assure that the Network is in healthy condition and the services are working properly.• Project Implementation/Network Rollout – handles Software and Hardware commissioning of CS Core Network Elements MSC Servers (MSOFTX3000, UMG8900 and SG7000) for North Luzon Region (Provincial sites) CS Core Sites of one of the leading telecommunication companies in the Philippines (Globe Telecom)• User Acceptance Test – perform UAT for all CS Core Network elements nationwide for Globe Nemesis Modernization project• Site Survey – conducts site survey and collect all necessary information before project implementation• Technical Support - On-site support for all related issues (faulty elements, unsuccessful sms and calls, etc.) regarding CS Core Network for all MSC Servers in the Philippines under one of the leading telecommunication companies and serves as the on-site point person (Level 1 technical support)• On-site Project Manager - supervise all hardware installation of CS Core equipments and serves as Quality Assurance Engineer on site during Implementation Phase.• Project Planning - Create technical documents such as CRF (Change Request Form), MOP (Method of Procedures), LLD (Low-Level Design) and other documents as required by technical team and customers during Implementation and Maintenance Phase.• Site Integration and Subscriber Migration. On-site implementation engineer for night activities such as Network integration, BSC/RNC (Wireless equipments) site swap and re-homing and other activities for the improvement and advancement of the telecom network.
