My passion for working in staffing/recruiting, HR, and personal training comes from my strong desire to help others, while continually learning. This specific desire has taken me through an interesting career path, but I wouldn't have it any other way!I graduated from UT Austin with hopes to get into Physical Therapy School, but joined part-time as a personal trainer at the studio that I interned for in my final semesters at UT, and fell in love with it. With my desire to learn while helping others, I made a slight leap of faith to start with Indeed Hire as a contractor Hiring Specialist where I performed and delivered strongly through 3 years, including during the start of the pandemic. In late 2021, I made the decision to move out of the recruiting space to focus more on the logistics/operations of staffing, and joined Google where I focused on cross-functional work with recruiting partners to optimize interviewing/hiring processes. At the end of 2022, I made an effort to continue my growth in knowledge by expanding my work experience to HR Ops as a User Support Specialist focusing on Job Data Services and Google's annual performance review system.
