During this time, I really dived into Product Marketing, and Product Analytics. Although my background is technical, I understand how critical it is to develop data points and KPIs that show what’s really happening behind the scenes of a product. I spent time working on small business projects, and working with non-profit organizations in Seattle to enhance their web, and overall UX presence.

Intentional Futures (IF) is a consultancy focused on client work in human-centered strategy, intentional learning, storytelling, and product design & development.º Owned the planning, delivery, implementation, and maintenance of new products and features.º Managed and collaborated with a team of engineers and developers (internal and remote) assigned to execute tasks on various client projects while managing overlapping deadlines. º Used data and best practices to drive the development of performance metrics.º Worked with new vendors to plan and execute project agreements. º Clearly established performance objectives and evaluation criteria. º Established new vendor relations and actively nurtured existing ones. º Worked closely with the internal staff to effectively assess capacity for project handoff. º Developed and coordinated collaborative solutions to migrate platforms and/or data when needed. º Collaborated with an internal strategy team on the development and execution of roadmaps.º Architectural infrastructure for new clients/projects (Mainly GCP).

𝐌𝐲 𝐝𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬º Worked closely with the Creative Director on requirement gathering in order to design visually impacting UI to accomplish business goalsº Developed guidelines and style guides for individual products across all platforms. º Produced high-fi mockups and clickable prototypes for the dev team, clients, and stakeholders.º Designed mockups, wireframes, and clickable prototypes for leadership.º Focused on designing for Accessibility, Usability, Navigation, CTAs, RED metrics, and Responsiveness. º Worked closely with developers for handoffs and accuracy, and with marketing on copy, content, and brand implementation requirements.º Lastly, I worked occasionally on small design projects such as Error pages, Product CTAs, and the "Find your Tire" Workflow Selection Wizard.

Coinme’s business is centered around Bitcoin ATM machines and Crypto Advisory Services.I worked with Leadership and the Head of Product on goals and vision during the website redesign. I helped established style guides, brand usage guidelines, voice and tone examples, high-fi wireframes with a clickable prototype, and logo renditions for different platforms and media. The goal was to help convey the brand in a compelling and persuasive way to help grow the business. The redesigned website and standards helped increase web traffic visits, and increased inquiries which helped convert more visitors into leads. After the end of the contract, Coinme successfully raised a 1.5M Series A.

General Assembly’s full-time UX boot camp provides students with expert instruction, one-on-one career coaching, and connections to top employers.º Received hands-on experience and collaborated with program fellows on honing essential tactics like wireframing, prototyping, user research, and usability testing. º Performed daily deep dives into visual and user interface design.º Acquired tools and strategies to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, product managers, and web development teams. º Led team projects and facilitated team presentations to gain an understanding of UX/UI handoffs. º Engaged in team critiques relevant to UX fundamentals, UX foundations, UI foundations, Design iteration & development, working with a product team, and UX career planning.

Ingeniux’s technology empowers organizations with a .NET platform for websites, portals, communities, and structured content distribution.º Worked with virtualized server environments such as Hyper-V and VMWare.º Managed outages and helped triage the incidents.º Wrote Powershell scripts and various connection points.º Collaborated on the design of internal and external shared Sharepoint sites and modules.º Responsible for performing software installations, upgrades, and maintenance.º Troubleshooting of database integrations and server connections.º Develop cohesive documentation for common issues.º Developed strong customer service skills by providing support through email, live chat, and phone.

NBC News operates under NBCUniversal Television.º Collaborated with the dev-team team to ensure Today.com, NBCNews.com, MSN.com, and Newsvine.com were current and accessible without interruption. º Monitored 200+ internal and external msnbc.com and MSN video-specific servers. º Performed server and system resets, patch releases, and IIS management.º Conducted company-wide outages for CMS updates and maintenance messaging. º Assisted engineers with code release deployments and rollbacks.
