I approach life with an ample dose of positive energy and joie de vivre. I’m inquisitive and a fast learner. My nature is to look at the world and try to figure out how to make it a better place.I believe that coming up with different ways to do things is only half the battle. I have served on the leadership boards of several charities and I’ve helped raise millions of dollars for worthwhile causes. I’ve mentored high school and college students and managed study-abroad tours for students and young professionals. I am a New York City paramedic and hazardous materials specialist and have been deployed for hurricane, pandemic and other related emergencies as part of a Federal Medical Team.I am passionate about continuing my formal learning into adulthood. Most recently, I earned a Masters of Professional Studies from Cornell University’s Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR) School and a Masters in Informal and Experiential Education at the George Washington University Graduate School of Education and Human Development- where I also serve on faculty.
