Current• Fellowship Coordinator, acting as communication liaison for Center Fellows• Plans and organizes events, inviting guest speakers and coordinating their travel and speaking engagement logistics• Trained in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create emails and RSVPs, conducts A/B testing on newsletters to reach a wider audience• Created the Project Instagram from scratch, using Canva and Salesforce Marketing to create branded content• Assists in managing Project Twitter and Instagram, planning and creating posts• Updates the Project website content and structure• Coordinates travel logistics and creates flight bookings and hotel reservations for supported faculty members• Acts as Faculty Assistant for faculty's course, supporting course administrative duties and logistics• Acts as assistant for David Sanger, Adjunct Lecturer and Washington Correspondent for the New York Times• Updates and maintains the course Canvas page, compiles and edits course materials• Responds to student email inquiries and requests in a timely manner• Coordinates and communicates with Course Assistants and Teaching Fellows to support the course with printing of documents, archiving materials, and updating and distributing course materials• Maintains contact and filing databases for accuracy• Supports duties of faculty member's Executive Assistant and fills-in when necessary• Manges calendar, travel, and meeting schedules• Drafts correspondence for supported faculty member and sends emails on their behalf• Updates faculty CV and website, ensuring publications are posted and disseminated• Completed Harvard's Center for Workplace Development Course: Introduction to Project Management• Member of the Belfer Center's Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Committee
