• Recruitment Process, Interview, do Field Orientation and basic training for more than 20 new staff since 2014.• Monitoring and Evaluate program implementation and the budget in 5 project area. Make the detailed report monthly to the executive director.• Leads 3 Project officer and 10 tutor staff in program implementation, monitoring and evaluate their work performance• Trained more than 20 staff in human relation skill, Self-development, Computer and administration skill.• Provided company policy i.e KPI, SOP for School partnership, Volunteer assignment, donor’s aid distribution and child center standardization• Becomes company representative in various event e.g attend donor/partner’s event, government discussion, program presentation to donor or partner etc.• Created social media campaign (Include video) for promotion or documentation.

• Receive credit application and make data verification for more than 500 credit application.• Do Survey and Credit analyst for more than 500 credit application.• Interviewed more than 500 people from different background for their credit application.• Decide agree/not for the credit application.• Make written report to the Surveyor Head daily.• Coordination with the collecting section for credit maintenance.

• Prepare the store, cleaning, organize the item etc.• Receive buyer complaint/question by phone.• Help the customer in the store for Computer problem or else• Serve the customer who want buy our item.• Make a daily report to the Store Supervisor.
