KIRKI is a nomadic gallery that presents site-specific exhibitions in the Greek Cyclades.Each year, artists are invited to respond to the geography, local life, customs and culture of each host island. The series takes a hyper-local look at a different Cycladic island for each iteration, and draws inspiration from its particular realities and histories to develop the exhibition theme.

HEKATE consciously guides and manages projects for artists, institutions and brands.

I developed and implemented a strategy for fundraising from individuals with a substantial gift capacity at the £10,000+ level. I managed a portfolio of major donors and individual prospects to result in 5-6 figure gifts, look after the prospect development programme and the upward movement of donors, and worked closely with the CEO, CFO and DoD to fundraise across exhibitions, public programme events, education, civic and community programmes, the arts technologies programme and major campaigns, amongst others.I also identified key cultivation opportunities for major donors and prospects throughout the year and ensure they are included in the overall strategy, develop fundraising proposals daily, and leverage opportunities to engage the organisation's international community of supporters.

In this role, I manage the organization's Patrons and Friends, look after the seasonal programme of benefits for all supporters and organise all fundraising events for CAC, as well as various cultivation activities. I also oversee venue hire, corporate partnerships and support the Head of Development with prospect research and stewardship of major donors.

In this role I spearheaded the 2020 edition of TQAF, from the open call for artist submissions to the execution of the main part of the Festival in June. My responsibilities included liaising with artists, selecting the successful submissions along with my co-curators, managing content, working closely with the Head of Digital to ensure the smooth and effective online presentation of the Festival, and identifying and cultivating key partnerships.

In this voluntary role I led the fundraising efforts of TQAF. My responsibilities included: mapping a fundraising strategy for the main festival and its educational programme; drafting and submitting funding proposals to trusts and foundations; identifying and cultivating corporate sponsors; line-managing volunteers; working closely with institutional partners.

The International Council is an invitation-only group of international philanthropists who support Tate’s programmes and acquisitions through an annual donation. My responsibilities include: drafting all communications for the group, including acknowledgements of payment and resignation, invitations to join and events, ad hoc and annual reports; tracking income and expenditure; entering data on TMS, RMS and RE; providing prompt and effective stewardship; identifying, researching and cultivating new prospects; planning events and activities; being the first point of contact for our donors.

In this position, I was the first point of contact for the gallery’s London-based clients. I was responsible for delivering a portfolio of six public previews, six artist dinners and several exclusive client events per year as well as booking all travel for London staff.

In this temporary role I was supporting the Public Programmes team of the organisation with the effort to introduce d14 to Athenian audiences, by setting up for performances and public talks, sending invitations, tracking RSVPs, assisting with travel arrangements and other ad hoc administrative tasks.

During this internship, I conducted artist research, covered the front desk on multiple occasions and acted as the first point of contact for the high-profile gallery visitors and clients. I also worked extensively on reorganizing the archive of the Madison Avenue Gallery library.

As a Student Ambassador, I worked closely with a team of likeminded peers, in discussions groups that aimed to help us learn about careers in the arts, institutional exhibition planning and community outreach.

In this temporary role, I conducted a series of tours of the fair for special groups and assisted with events.

Researching the provenance of works, conducting artist research on site, online and in other local institutions, assisting the Editions teams with administration and client relations, assisting in the Sale Room with Day and Evening Sales.

As a Research Assistant, I provided administrative support for Culture & Media Department, conducted research for several projects relating to Early Cinema and 20th century cultural phenomena.

As a Gallery Intern, I provided administrative support, was responsible for maintaining the gallery space and was the first point of contact for all visitors and clients. I also assisted with the installation and deinstallation of new exhibitions, conducted artist research and worked the booth at several art fairs on behalf of the Gallery.

As an intern in the Social Welfare department of the Foundation, I was in charge of receiving grant applications and conducting the initial research on the applicants and their requests. This process included online research, field visits, interviews and data analysis.

As a Gallery Intern, I supported the Gallery Director with the off-site demands of ReMap Athens 2013 and acted as the front of house at this off-site location. I helped both off-site and at the main gallery with the upkeep of the space, and supported the installation of new exhibitions.
