Al Toukhi Head OfficeReports to: QA/QC-HSE DiretorDuties & Responsibilities:- Prepare Preliminary HSE Plan for Tendered Projects.- Prepare necessary HSE documents for pre-qualification to new prospective CLIENT.- Prepare and estimate HSE requirements during tendering stage of the project. - Review and approve technical specifications of PPEs and other safety equipments submitted by suppliers prior to purchasing.- Attend Kick-Off meetings for newly awarded projects.- Prepare Loss Prevention Program and other HSE Documents required by CLIENT for newly awarded contracts.- Monitoring of on-going projects for compliance with the developed Loss Prevention Program.- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled safety audits on on-going projects.- Prepare action plans to be used by Safety Personnel assigned on every project to close CLIENT's comments (if any).- Develop the company's Health & Safety Management System in compliance with OSHAS 18001:2007.- Attends Progress Review Meetings for all projects.

Faras Open Cycle Gas Turbine Power Plant Expansion ProjectContract No. 30621115/00Reporting to: QA/QC-HSE DirectorDuties & Responsibilities: - Prevent any incident/accident.- Ensure compliance on approved Loss Prevention Program of project.- Review and approved Lifting Plan prior to any lifting activity.- Review and approved work permits.- Conduct toolbox meeting and safety orientation.- Conduct safety inspection.- Ensure that all activities conducted inside the existing power plant require work permits.- Assist in the application of work permits inside the existing power plant. (Approved PTW receiver for all kinds of work permits).- Ensure that all heavy equipments and its operators have a valid document before they are allowed to enter the construction site.- Monitoring of validity of third-party inspection certificates for all equipments and its operators.

Reporting to: General Manager/Owner- Prepare and supervise the implementation of DOLE-Approved Construction Safety & Health Program for all projects.- Attends Weekly Safety Meetings with the client.- Conduct safety/tool box meeting every day before start of the work activity.- Conduct safety orientation for all workers.- Conduct regular inspection of the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) of workers in the workplace.- Monitor regularly the unsafe act and unsafe condition or hazards in the workplace and take steps or take actions to prevent accident or incident to occur.- Maintain cleanliness or good housekeeping in the workplace- Give warning or reprimand notice to workers and supervisors doing unsafe act- Procurement of safety materials to be used on all projects for public safety, such as; caution tape, bollard barricades, board-up barricades, warning signages, traffic cones and warning lights during night activities.
