My name is Ana Rita Santos and I'm driven by curiosity. I have a master's degree in pharmaceutical sciences and throughout my academic and professional career, I have prioritized scientific-related research and training activities more relevant from a clinical point of view. This preference and willingness led me to embark on a hospital pharmacy career.In the three institutions I had gone through, I had the opportunity to grow in some areas like clinical trials, clinical pharmacy, oncology, Pharmacokinetics and Real World Evidence.I have concluded the International Postgraduate Course in Quality in Health andPatient Safety at the National School of Public Health (ENSP-NOVA) to improve my knowledge of Patient Safety and the digital evolution of health systems with a final work about the Technology Acceptance by health professionals. I also did a postgraduate degree in the same school in Heath Economics and Outcomes Research that included themes like principles of health economics, Drug and medical devices policy, economic evaluation for HTA, Outcomes Research, HE&OR application in HTA and Value-Based Healthcare.
