As a tester for Jugo, my primary responsibility is to ensure that the software application meets the specified quality standards and requirements. To achieve this, I perform manual testing of new features added to the Jugo communication software and review Jira tickets to communicate with developers about defects, fixes, and updates. I analyze logs in AWS and Sentry to identify errors and raise bugs to the development team for resolution.In addition, I collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of quality software. I create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure optimal software performance and maintain detailed test reports, documenting test results, and communicating progress and status updates to project stakeholders.My work requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. I am proficient in Jira, AWS, and Sentry and able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
