I lead phase maintenance inspection teams and established a working shop stock program within my company. Throughout my experience as a Squad and Platoon Sergeant I managed day to day taskings of ~30 soldiers. I drafted exercise plans for PT as well as personal reviews conducted monthly with every soldier.
