Analysis of Risks associated to the Tender and evaluate the mitigation measures for the same.Interaction with External Agencies/ Client/ Donors during Business Development and Bidding phase.Lead a team in preparation of Project Variance Analysis, Financial Analysis, Project Risks and Mitigation Strategies including Preparation of Contract Synopsis Document along with the target dates and monitoring the same for Clients obligations as well as Contractors Obligations.Implementation of process for forecasting and preparation of claims, counter claims in line with Contract Provisions, Project Requirement and Project Closure.

Support to the Bidding team in Construction Costing finalization and Contractor development. Responsible for overall progress of a 132 KV Multicircuit Transmission Line in Bangladesh including all documentation, invoicing and construction planning and execution.Finalization of Project Quantity Schedule and planning various international inspections for on time delivery of materials.Monitoring and preparation of Project Cost Evaluations and LOA Amendments from time-to-time for smooth flow of funds, effective billing and execution of project activities.

Coordinating with Design & Engineering Department for timely release of all drawing, schedules, profiles and availability of the same at site avoiding pending issues.Involved in commercial activities including Estimates of Revenue and Cost, Preparation of Budgets, Zero Costing, Client Billing/Invoicing and Custom Invoicing.Directed and controlled the contractors to ensure that the works are carried out according to the contract technical specifications.Maintenance, Amendments and Extensions of various Contractual Obligations and formalities like Bank Guarantees, Insurance policies etc.Co-ordination with Supply Chain for timely manufacturing clearances and delivery at Site and prompt reporting of shortages for smooth execution of project activities.

Co-ordination with Site personnel for effective implementation of Environment, Health & Safety measures without any shortfalls/lapses.Maintenance of Stores & Stock information viz. Preparation of Materials Reconciliation Statement, Delivery details etc.

Day to day coordination, planning, preparation of MIS, technical feasibility of works, quality control, review of progress & project documentation/presentations, daily/monthly reporting etc.
