As a result-oriented mechanical engineer with a strong background in underwater platform design, development, manufacturing and operations, I have extensive experience in designing and manufacturing of the construction of complex naval systems like submarines and underwater vehicles.My expertise in developing innovative ideas and solutions meet the unique challenges of underwater environments, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of our military operations. In my career, I have collaborated military and Naval industry partners to deliver cutting-edge submarine and manned underwater vehicle systems as compliance to the MIL grade standard.I have got a great opportunity to work in the most strategic and important submarine manufacturing project P75-Scorpene India of Indian Navy. I have worked almost five and half years in the shop floors as production in charge for INS Vagir that has been commissioned recently in Indian Navy. In this project, my key role was to supervise & expedite the manufacturing of Pressure hull, Installation of heavy equipment & auxiliary piping, completion and on board commissioning of submarine systems related to Diesel engine, Snorting, HVAC and most importantly systems related to diving & safety of the submarine.I have been actively involved in the Harbor Acceptance Trials (HATs) and Sea Acceptance Trials (SATs) of the submarine collaboratively with the Indian Navy crew team & the technology partners for the project.Currently I'm working in the submariner development team as a Structural designer. My job role includes basic design of the underwater structures using previous experience and various computational software. With a strong background in Finite Element Analysis, computational fluid mechanics and MIL Grade materials, I am well-equipped to tackle most of the challenging technical problems. I am also committed to staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, ensuring that my designs are always at the forefront of innovation.In addition to my expertise in the technical domain, I'm pretty confident on my ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
