Maintaining the MIS of Leave. Maintaining proper approval process of Leaves and attendance .Induction & Exit - Responsible for induction orientation program for the newly recruited employees for making them familiar with company culture, rules & regulations. Complete joining formalities of all the new joinee and inducting them to the organization schedule and conduct Induction training programs across various lines of the business. Take care of termination/separation formalities.Training & Development: In charge for arranging various resources required for the training programs. Interaction with line Managers to identify the various training requirements and arranging for the same.Other HR Activities & Admin activities – Preparing HR reports & other MIS reports send it to the HOD on weekly basis.
