Currently I am working as Business Analyst in Business Rule Engine department of DSAG vertical. It is one of the most sophisticated department where all rule automation happens in the bank. I engage with different stakeholders like Policy, Product or model development team, understand their requirement and develop the logic using Fico Blaze Eclipse software and deploy in UAT and production server. Once BRE server integrated with application it gives decision basis which front line team member can onboard customer. My job profile includes managing stakeholders, understanding the requirement. assessing the feasibility, leading a team, guides them on logic development, preparing BOM, XSD, test cases scenarios etc, writing BRD, tracking project progress through Jira, handling BRE related production issues, enhancing existing process. Some of achievements attained in this roles are 1. Successfully implemented one of most Banks prestigious project “Reimagine Policy”. 2. Credit Bureau automation where system interpret credit bureau report and generate output basis developed logic. 3. Executed various scorecard and PD models.

In this profile I worked as Credit manager of retail asset and elevated to the position of Regional Credit Manager. My responsibilities were evaluation of financial risk parameters, preparing appraisal notes, sanctioning of loan application according to policy rules, managing a team of 8 including CPAs, engaging with different stakeholders like sales team, dealers/DSA/Vendors to increase market share and banks profitability, maintaining a healthy portfolio for the bank, assist in recovery of delinquent and non-performing assets, identifying areas of improvement, enhancing processes, ensuring TAT, preparing various reports like credit manager productivity data, TAT, business numbers, DSA wise portfolio, recovery data etc. cross selling and upselling various liability and asset products. Started my career in Branch Banking as customer service officer and elevated to the position of Deputy Branch Manager. I was involved in day to day all kind of branch operational activity such as cash handling, clearing, locker management, CMS, gold loan, providing all kind of customer service, complete sales activities like sourcing of SB and CA account, MF, life insurance, demat, loans etc. , handling branch audit and compliance, developing customer relationship, managing GBG business etc. I was awarded as “Best performer of the region” from 2013 to 2015 in terms of revenue generation.
