Responsibilities:• Distributor Handling – Handling business of more than '5.00 CR' through 4 distributors and 8 sub distributors in Malda and Uttar Dinajpur District. Responsible to look for proper market penetration, adequate investment, proper infrastructure availability and service in the market. • Team Handling – Handling a team of 8 distributors salesman. Training & coaching them regarding Product USP, negotiation, proper market penetration, range selling.• Primary & Secondary Growth – Proper primary planning at distributor level, checking proper stock maintenance for primary sales growth. Looking into the market gap, proper market penetration in the market, range of products in the market and timely delivery for secondary sales growth.• Product Availability & Product Placement – Physically visiting high volume outlets and high-volume markets for proper stock availability. Also placing maximum number of SKUs in the market for additional sales growth.• New Product Launch – Making the new product available at every distributor point and looking for its proper placement into maximum of the outlets, product display in the high footfall outlets and markets, sampling of the products.• AOP Achievement & Goal Setting – Setting targets and day wise goals for the distributors and salesman and aligning them to the objective of achieving the 100% AOP targets and volume growths.• ROI – Monitoring distributors overhead expenses and profitability for smooth running of business. Achievements:• Achieved 21% YOY Growth in the territory.• Achieved 11% YOY Growth on the brand “Sting” • Achieved 10% YOY Growth in large quantity products (750 ML, 1.25 ML, 2.25 ML)• Increased the total outlet coverage over 2021.
