I'm responsible for new projects and the development of new products, specifically for our German customers. It is my responsibility to follow all the phases of the projects, including design, qualification, start of production and insuring they meet international standards APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).I work close with the customers and I manage the internal activities in order to reach the expected results in an efficient and cost effective manner.

I oversaw all the operations of two production plants in order to: reach the company targets, achieve a maximum level of delivery performance, reduce product waste, improve the quality of the products, reduce costs and ensure efficiency and maintenance of plant machines. I personally oversaw 100 employees at the plant and it was my job to ensure that the staff was kept up to date on current work procedures.

It was my responsibility to maintain high level of productivity.Working close to the CEO I performed different projects, for both the plant and for the company group, like: reorganizing the processes in order to shorten the lead time from the ordering to the shipping, supervising the implementation of new machines and the OEE monitoring system and helping with the start up of the Romanian plant. I was responsible for the purchasing of energy for all the plants (2,4 M euro/year).

During my thesis I worked in ITIA (Istituto di Tecnologie Industriali e Automazione) on a project for a new system of shoe production.
