I spearheaded the company's product content efforts, creating engaging in-app content seen by millions of people around the world. I worked inside agile product development teams to develop enjoyable, UX-driven mobile app experiences. I helped shape the company's tone of voice, crafted the messaging for a new company website, built its first email newsletter campaign, wrote & edited for the company blog & social media channels, and transformed into a tech content specialist along the way.
