Roll Over of primary rebate in Estate Duty calculations; creation of trustand/or company; preparation for and avoidance of possible cash shortfall in estate.- Referring client to wealth manager to apply for any policies, create investments, etc. ifneededEstate Administration- Intake of estate from the client- Reporting the estate to the Master of the High Court- Opening an estate bank account after the Letter of Executorship has been received- Collecting all assets in the estate and instructing institutions to redeem assets that needs tobe redeemed- Drafting the Liquidation and Distribution Account- Lodging this account with the Master of the High Court- Complying with any requests from the Master regarding the L&D account
