Supported by feature-rich, flexible technologies, powerful software, and a dedicated product engineering team, we work with system integrators and consultants to design conferencing solutions that improve audio.Technical Duties/Responsibilities include:- Constant correspondence with the TAIDEN factory in Shenzen, China, working with engineers on technical issues.- Providing onsite & online technical support for current and potential clients- Overseeing commissioning and training onsite for large-scale projects, managing a small team of engineers- Providing internal technical support for an international team, with colleagues through North America and Europe- Drafting of project specific technical documents, including CAD wiring diagrams, signal flow charts, system manuals, procedure instructions, etc.- Conducting project meetings as needed for technical information- Maintaining ongoing education of our products as devices are upgraded and new items are released- Preparing quotations and technical proposals- Performing hardware testing on current and prototype equipment- Overseeing IT for the company- Drafting press releases for upcoming releases- Developing new products from mock-up to commercial release- Sales and constant communication with dealers, integrators, reps, and end-usersClients Include:- United Nations (Geneva, Switzerland)- University of Montreal (Montreal, Canada)- International Monetary Fund (Washington, DC)- World Bank (Washington, DC)- United Nations Headquarters (Manhattan, New York)
